Adult Coaching
Adult coaching sessions are available to beginners or experienced curlers who want to learn every aspect of curling from basic to expert, with our qualified staff and volunteers, we will teach you all the techniques and roles of a professional curler. This session is available to all ages above 21.

Junior Coaching
Junior coaching sessions are available to beginners or experienced curlers who want to learn every aspect of curling from basic to expert, with our qualified staff and volunteers, we will teach you all the techniques and roles of a professional curler. This session is available to all ages below 21.
These sessions are every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 16:30 – 17:45. If you are interested in joining any of these sessions, please let us know in advance. Please visit our Ice book where you can see all the curling activities at the ice bowl. The cost per session is £5.00.

WeRocks
WeRocks coaching sessions are available to all ages under 12. With our qualified staff and volunteers, the sessions will be fun and exciting for children and teach them the basics of curling. There are seating areas in the curling rink or up in our curling lounge with views of all 6 lanes for parent guardians.
